The latest in a series of studies touting yoga's health benefits proposes that stress-relief yoga may improve stress-related illness. The research was published in the online journal Medical Hypotheses. "Yoga is known to improve stress-related nervous system imbalances," said study researcher Dr. Chris Streeter, M.D., associate professor of psychiatry at BUSM and Boston Medical Center.
